Meet The Granaíno at Home

He studied at the CDT Tourism Centre of Alicante for two years and on finishing he had the chance to work in prestigious restaurants such as El Celler de Can Roca (Girona) and las Rejas (Las Pedroñeras).
For years he has combined his work at El Granaíno with giving courses and workshops all over the province of Alicante; filming specialised cooking programmes and also giving talks at congresses such as “Lo Mejor de la Gastronomía” (The Best about Gastronomy), “Madrid Fusión” and “GastroAlicante”.
He is always on the move and expectant about all the latest events in the culinary world, but he stays true to the philosophy of El Granaíno Product, tradition, honesty and simplicity.
